Barnaby Egerton-Warburton
Non-Executive ChairmanBarnaby has over 25 years of investment banking, international investment and market experience with positions at JP Morgan (New York, Sydney, Hong Kong), BNP Equities (New York) and Prudential Securities (New York).
Barnaby is chairman of Modena Ventures (Modena), Pantera Minerals (ASX : PFE) and Arizona Lithium (ASX : AZL), a non-executive director of Locality Planning Energy (ASX : LPE) and an executive director of Lord Resources (ASX : LRD).
Marny Reakes
Non-Executive DirectorMarny is a chemical engineer with an MBA and more than 25 years of international experience in heavy industry and has more recently held leadership roles in a US biotech start-up and in venture capital investing.
She cares deeply about science, technology and empowering the teams that can harness deep tech to solve the world’s toughest challenges.

Non-Executive DirectorPaul is an experienced corporate executive who has over 25 years of experience in entrepreneurial endeavors, financial services, mergers and acquisitions, and business consulting.
Paul has worked successfully as a Director or Chairman of a number of ASX-listed companies and subsidiaries with expertise in strategy, governance, and risk.
Jason Salman
Non-Executive DirectorJason is a lawyer with over 25 years’ experience and specialises in restructuring, insolvency, and special situations and has a particular focus on assisting clients to acquire underperforming assets and implement operational and balance sheet restructurings to maximise investment returns.
Jason has significant international experience gained from being based in London for over a decade and has acted on numerous high-profile and complex financial restructuring matters in Europe and Australia.
Marcus Gracey
Managing DirectorMarcus is an experienced corporate, legal, and technology executive and brings a diverse professional background in technology commercialisation, innovation, law, strategy, and building and leading companies.
Marcus’ previous roles and responsibilities have included regional and global positions across various market sectors in addition to having significant experience as a professional public company director.
Dr Pete Cass
Chief ScientistDr Cass has a PhD in Polymer Chemistry with two decades of tenure as a research scientist with CSIRO, consulting with industry on bioplastics, biodegradable polymers, and materials to meet the needs of a circular economy. Dr Cass was the lead CSIRO scientist in charge of the Enzide Technologies research project, including the invention of Enzide over the last 6 years.
Specialising in bioplastics R&D that involves designing plastics for improved degradation (industrial compost, home compost, soil, and marine environments) to meet or surpass regulatory standards, Dr. Cass has also worked in biomedical materials development.
Dr Cass was formerly a postdoctoral scientist at the University of Melbourne.
Richard Newton
Chief Commercial OfficerRichard has 15 years experience across public and private sectors, including advising the highest level of decision makers as a Chief of Staff in Federal and State Governments.
Richard has also consulted to companies with national profile on their strategy, communications and government relations.
Supporting the Enzide project for several years, Richard was instrumental in the acquisition of the technology.
Tony Tomba
Chief Financial Officer & Company SecretaryTony is an experienced finance executive with a track record of leadership performance across multiple industries, in both large and medium-sized global enterprises. He held various Senior Finance and HQ Tax roles in Australia and overseas, during his 19 years with the Schlumberger Group, after which he held Senior Finance positions for companies operating in the international aviation and domestic offshore marine sectors.
Tony is technically strong in corporate governance, compliance, risk management, planning, budgeting, GAAP financial reporting, working capital management, and tax.
